Check your spam folder first. Confirmations are sent within three business days of ordering at the latest - sooner for almost everyone. Still nothing? Write to info@serbura.com with your order number and we will locate your parcel and reply with its status.
Your timeline
- 1-2 business days - preparation and hand-over to the carrier (Monday to Friday)
- 2:00 PM ET (Eastern Time) - same-day cut-off for orders placed earlier
- 5-8 days - estimated transit time with tracking updates
- 6-10 days total - the realistic window from order to doorstep
Anything unusual - a stalled tracking status, a damaged parcel - tell us with your order number and we take care of it at our cost once confirmed with the carrier.
